HOTEL THE GRAND RADHE SHYAM

It's a big property at Ambikapur . Check in smooth but room.provided in ground floor having bad odour stint smell from room . Room having Bed Bugs . very unpleasent stay . room size is ok . food quality is good. If you order Tea/ water in room service - It will take min 30min time to deliver. Staff behaviour limited parking option in front of hotel. Rooms are not sound proof - So you will not able to sleep properly during function nad Guest Check in - Check out. not recommended to stay in this property any more .

It was good The property and the staff was so cooperative I haven't tried the food because it was quite expensive for me But everything else was nice 🙂

Price charged by the property doesn’t meet with the facility provided. Morning breakfast was good but it took extra effort to get the item. Person in the reception should be in a position to understand the query of traveller which was lacking there

hotel staff's behaviour was good, cleaned rooms, better service, foods are fresh and testy, everywhere hygiene maintained.

Hotel location is very good distance bus stand only 100 meter service is very good cleaning 100.

Actually i am not much satisfied with that there are service related some issue and some normal facility isuue

The hotel was properly cleaned and hygenic. Staff was polite and services were quick. Ample space is there in the room

Although i had reserved a deluxe room, there was an overpowering stench throughout the space, and the paint was flaking off, so i was upgraded to a suit. I genuinely have to beg them for everything, even after reserving the priciest room in their hotel. The men at the restaurant and reception were appalling, and they will not listen to you unless you phone them three times or more.

I haven't experienced any inconvenience during my stay. It was quite good. Room was clean.

No comb no dental kit. No shoe shiner
