I recently stayed at Hotel Prime Square, and my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient check-in service, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable — with thoughtful touches like high-quality linens, great lighting, and all the amenities you could need. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were another highlight — delicious food, a wide variety of options, and attentive staff who made sure every guest felt looked after. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Whether it was a quick room service request or local travel advice, they handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. Hotel rooms are clean. Location is slightly off but manageable with your own transportation. Food quality is ok. Breakfast options are very limited but I would rate the stay as value for money.

Room bed was good.One of rooms main door knob was broken. Toilet was not cleaned properly. One of senior citizen had slipped on first floor due to water seepage and lights were off.Receptionist was unapologetic

Bed sheet and pillow covers had holes in it. Geyser did not have warm water. Food was not so good. Breakfast not served on time and staff could me more courteous

the property is not in good location... also its kind of lodging occupying a floor and not entire building. The location is shady, and not recommended. the hotel is average if one is looking for cheap aand nearby(30 mins) option to Siddhatek Ganpati

Location is not good. It is situated on a narrow street. Cleanliness is perfect but in the room, which was given to me shower was not working and also there was no supply of hot water in the bathroom taps. They need to improve a lot on this front.

Excellent location rooms are too good and spacious fully air conditioned and very clean lift service is excellent staff is very caring and friendly food is delicious overall a nice experience will definitely love to visit again

Good hotel, newly constructed. Dinner quality was amazing, scope for quality and variety improvement in complimentary breakfast and basic amenities. Overall value for money. Staff is cooperative. Wish all the best to team prime square.

In-spite of having a confirmed booking we were made to wait for approx. 30 minutes due to non availability of rooms. Rooms initially offered were having 2 separate beds in-spite of doing booking for 2+1 with all details given. We were also asked twice for payment in case of breakfast for children in-spite of repeatedly informing that payment made already includes payment for children as well. No images
