Overall satisfied. Good location, food would have been better. Service experience was good. Location point of view, good option

No mantainence at hotel, ac is not working properly, staffs are not well trained. Worst experience in this hotel. Food quality is also garbage. Even they dont allow food from outside like zomate & swiggy. After complaining they will start arguing with customers.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the room was very clean and tidy. They provide all amenities in the room. The staff behaviour is very good and cooperative. The food in the hotel is also hygienic and ok. The management is very very good. The hotel maintains all safety standards. Overall a peaceful place to stay. I recommend it to all

Room did not have teabags and water kettle. Complementary breakfast had only two options and no tea and water was provided. There were no tissues papers available.

Hotel is average, room is ok for 1 nit stay, food was good.

I had made the payment for one extra mattress but the hotel staff refused they said that no payment has been done for extra mattress it means make my trip has done fraud with me make my trip has taken money from me for extra mattress and haven't given money to the hotel

The hotel is too costly. In-spite of charging more, the hotel failed to provide many basic things. The room did not provide hot water through geyser. The boy provided a bucket of hot water by carrying it to my room from somewhere. The sheets seemed too old. The bathroom was too cramped. All doors were too tight. It was difficult to open and close them. I would never go back to this hotel again. I would also think twice before booking through makemytrip app. You have failed toaintain the quality of the hotel under your umbrella.
