Clean hotel. The hotel staff is good but seems clueless at times, seems a bit overwhelmed and understaffed. One request like waterbottle or towel takes an hour based upon availability. There is no kitchen which makes is a bit inconvenient considering the location or the hotel.

poor servic

Average Stay
A lot of improvement is required to function the hotel in normal way. Many standard facilities are either not available or improper for a comfortable stay. There should be behavarioral training for front office staff. They should have good manners and able to resolve the customer issues where as one staff is very rude and useless A lot of improvement is required to function the hotel in normal way.
