I booked a 3-star hotel but got service worse than a 1-star. I had to pay extra for early check-in, even though they initially said no rooms were available. Strangely, after paying, a room was ready by 10 AM—so clearly, it was available.
The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and basic amenities like soap and a dental kit were missing. I had to ask multiple times to get them.
In the evening, food delivery wasn’t allowed to the room. When I asked staff to request the delivery person to come up, they said, “His duty is over, you’ll have to go yourself”—even though he was just sitting in the lobby watching reels.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor hospitality and an unprofessional attitude. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by giving me a room.
