Staff and reception was good behaviour and Hotel room was neat and clean.

It wasn’t a pleasant stay. The room was just okay, not as shown on the website. The toilet flush didn’t work, the door chain was broken, dirty pillows, and the toothpaste had already been opened. Overall, the place wasn’t well maintained. + for one night but later found the same listing for around ₹950 on another site. The room was neat . Hotel is situated at the heart of the town. Food was good at the restaurant. Good accessibility to near by locations.

We went for family trip to a near by place. Excellent stay. Faciilities are good, friendly staff. One problem i foud hotel placed in very crowed area. Center of changanassery town.

Good hospitaliy and neqt clean rooms

The hotel was neat and clean, but the answers we get to our queries and service was not very prompt

The location is good. Rooms are clean. On request, they gave 1 hour extended stay. Overall good experience.

We had a very good time at this hotel. The room was very good and well maintained. The view was also good and courteous staff made our stay more comfortable. Mr. Suresh kumar is a very friendly and helpful nature person. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a comfy budget-friendly stay option.

Solo travel was my first time try, and I booked this stay just by looking at the availability, it is right opposite to ksrtc bus stand where buses are very frequent. while I entered they stay they greeted and acknowledged my special requests and was okay to check out late considering my bus timing. yes amneties are a bit old but it's not a big deal. great hosting , would visit again❤️

Overall stay was good, it's a bar attached hotel so that parking is a problem. Local crowd two wheeler and auto people comes. Location is good, and they have a good restaurants.

The property is located Opposite to the KSRTC BUS stand. when you enter the property you would see security he would be so rude. You would feel that your entering a Oyo room( I am a malayalee so it's not language) Then at the entrance you would see the guard talking to drunk guests who are coming from the Bar which is part of the property which would make you feel awkward. Then the reception was a very friendly guy. The check-in was very smooth. The bell boy was no help he would just accompany you to the room but won't help with carrying the luggage. The horror starts from the room The bedsheets in the room are tourn stained. when we asked them to change it. We were told it's a fresh pair only. All three rooms had the same problem AC had fungus in the blower Rooms has no kettle No clean glass The washroom was decent in comparison to all I asked for towels for my two days stay which they never provided morning tie won't be served till 10:30 The room is not worth

Quality rooms with washroom also. Good hotel to stay. Nice ambience. Located in highways. Walkable distance from ksrtc bus stand. Easy access to railway station also.

The hotel staff wasn't hospitable. When asked about room service the attendant denied having room service. The explanation given was that guests who come with family consume food sitting in the bed and spoil the bed covers, so they have decided not to give room service at all. The equipment in the room was in bad repair. The remote was broken in the middle and had to be handled delicately. When the tea kettle was switched on the fuse blew off plunging the room into darkness. The lid of the electric kettle was broken and fell into the tea cup making a mess of the table. I hope the management take note of the state of affairs and improve.

Very good service and clean room

One night stay in an ac double room. The hotel being new looked clean and tidy. Inside the room was also good. Bathroom was fitted with all branded fittings. Check in and out procedures were simple and quick. But the room i thought is a bit pricey.

The room is very clean, the office staffs and the supporting staffs are very polite and helpful. It is at the heart of the town and it is very convenient for shopping hiring vehicles for local travel

Please check out whether it is women friendly hotel because it had a bar attached and the people staying in the hotel were smoking in the corridors. So we felt very uncomfortable as resource persons (teachers) who had gone to take for other teachers.
