Room lived up to our expectations, was well maintained; we had a good night's sleep. However, we found the staff to be quite rude-- judging and mocking whatever we asked for. That is unprofessional, and should be taken care of. They just wanted to get us through as soon as they could.

Staff is rough , Food & complimentry breakfast is infected and tasteless

*Worst Experience Ever!* My recent stay was an absolute disaster! The room was filthy, the staff was rude, and the amenities were non-existent. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work. The worst part was the complete lack of customer service. I would not recommend this place Avoid it at all costs! 1/10 would not stay again.

Most of the thinks are quite ok, but the AC was not working, although they helped me to relocate to other rooms, we were relocated 2-3 time because of falty ACs. In the summer 45°C, it must the duty of Hotel staff to make sure that the AC should be proply serviced and functioning before alloting the room to the guest.

Comfortable room and friendly staff, we reached very late at about 2. 30 am and we missed the breakfast time, though the breakfast time had lapsed, they were kind enough to serve us some food and hot tea which was nice of them

I always stay here in suite room , this have good space with window having out side view. Food is very delicious, but service is very slow in rooms , they prefer the service in restaurants . Rooms are little overpriced compared to agra .

Room ambience is very good. Room service is bad, ac is not cooling, room phone and tv is not working. Breakfast is not on time and only single option available.

Hotel is located at the highway 15 minutes auto ride from tundla junction. Staff was courteous and food was hygienic.

It was advertised that the hotel had spa services, but nothing like that was present in the property. The food is average and rooms are decent

Wc in the bathroom was not cleaned. No toothpaste kit and shaving kit was available. Kettle was not functional. Warm water was provided after 7. 30am on calling twice at reception. Also the breakfast was not timely layout at counter.

Good for traveller need some refreshment only, not for whole night stay. Services and breakfast quality are not as per expectation
