businessThe booked room and the given room are not same, very pathetic i have booked for 3 person king bed room, and after reaching property they are given one extra gadda on floor to adjust there non availability of room, if you takes booking for room, why don't you give that room instead of pushing available room

Not a hotel it's a roadside lodge
Out of urgency at around 10.30 pm. 01. Getting inside the reception area, no one available had to go upstairs and search for the reception person. 2. Rooms - filthy and smelling rooms, size very small, unwashed bedsheet.no intercom no mirror and no ventilation. 3. Bathroom - not cleaned, fresh stains on the tiles and in the washbasin. Geyser non functional.and when complaint they asked me to take a bath in onother room, which was just checked out and wasn't even cleaned. 4. Cockroach 🪳 all around the room. 5. No toiletries provided no handwash in bathroom when asked for a soap 🧼 then was given a soap that was half cut. Totally unhygienic/ unsafe stay, not recommended at all, better go to a Dharamshala.

Actually i want my refund back i had booked executive room, but when gone there they refused to give us executive room instead of all payments done. I said give us our refund, they said take it from make my trip i did not stay there. How to get refund back

Hotel management are very good in nature. Room is well cleaned. When i was entered in room, i was surprised to see the are cleanness and decoration of the room. It was a great experience. I would like to revisit tha same. Thank you, sumit

1. Breakfast and lunch or dinner booked but denied by hotel and makemytrip. 2. Tv not working 3. Smelly toilets 4. Overall unprofessional

Hostel staff are good talk polity. Rooms also well cleaned. But toilet flush not working and there is no manual catch inside door. It give uncomfortable feeling for couples. All other things are well and good
