Review Of Hotel Omm Palace

Good friendly environment.staffs are co-operative.food is not avaiable right now.

The hotel was not like a hotel but a homestay....their restaurant was under maintenance...but they did not mention this anywhere...even for tea we had to go out of the hotel premises....the room had no facilities like electric kettle...slippers or even blankets/bed covers...even the pillow was horrible....the bathroom was very dirty...no soaps...no shampoos...and not even handwash was not provided....the hotel's location is in very interior amidst narrow lanes...which are overcrowded all the time...leading to jams n delays... The only good thing about the hotel are 2 boys (helpers) who are very polite and somehow tries to help u out...but at the end of the day they themselves are helpless

Hotel Omm palace was an excellent experience for us very clean and great service . Staff are very cooperative. I would highly recommend this place .
