Manager is horrible and big time liar

He didn't allow a legally married couple to check in (although showed him marriage certificate) and falsely updated make my trip that the couple wasn't married. So that he can rent it to others at a higher rate as we had booked in advance. So cannot trust this Hotel booking at all. And they will keep your money too quoting costumer issues. Thank god didn't have to stay in a small cramped and a filthy Hotel. Worst Oyo rooms experience. We didn't book Wisteria we thought its genuine Oyo rooms for hassle free check in and stay. Try to avoid this unreliable Hotel as it will ruin your holiday experience.
