Poor Experience

We booked a premium room but the toilet seat was completely broken. Even after informing the hotel staff, they said they could only fix it after 10 AM, while our checkout was at 11 AM. This caused major inconvenience as I had to arrange a meeting outside the hotel instead of using the booked room. Very disappointing experience, especially for a premium category booking.

Good Stay but the staff is not friendly

The stay and everything was good but they were extremely strict and rude about the check out time. We said we're coming in 10-15 mins while checking out but they were not very friendly and good with that talk.

Rooms were not clean and had smoke smell in the rooms . Even the parking space is not so good. They even charge me for toothpaste and brush which ideally is a basic thing for hotel.

familyVery bad behaviour i have booking room for 3days but i check out in a single day room is not clean bathroom is too bad smelly room service is very slow after 3/4 time call they didn't provide service charges 42 rupees for water bottle of bisleri which mrp is 20only after complain to mmt hotel staff talk with me rudely and tell me you inform mmt to all is clear in hotel hotel inform mmt we have change room but hotel tell me if u didn't withdraw your complain from mmt we don't talk with you after so many compliments to mmt, mmt didn't support me so i will check out from there and stay in another hotel. Till now i did not get any information from mmt i have only rcv 1600 compensation in voucher now it's time of mm t take action against hotel i have sufficient proof against hotel if mmt need i ready to provide
