Hi team, the stay was worse than terrible, heres why : 1)i had done a booking, before check in i called them, and then asked them if i could come, they approved, next at time of check in they demanded extra 250 from me. 2)upon check in i found these issues:
a)wifi not available as owner not paid bill
2)geyser not working properly
3)geyser hot water tap non functional
4)inside door latch broken
5)door handle broken(they just put fevicol there now)
points 4 and 5 hampered my security and my luggage security, i came and got stuck in my room !
6)ground floor rooms were available but they denied asking for much more payment ! (i have a spine injury i had to go up and down the stairs with my bag)making my health worse !
watch me escalate it nationally. My arrival auto expenses were around 150 or so.
