Not clean, no pillow cover, no bedsheets, shower not working, jetspray is broken, noisy room, cockroach everywhere, staff try to get money

coupleIt was very pathetic. The receptionist was denied my check in as I did book the room. He charged extra 400 Rs and allowed me to stay. While leaving he committed that all OYO stays will do the same, we don't allow booking customers unless they pay extra amount. This is such a cheap thing and they're functioning like OYO network and doing this whereever you go in Chennai. Very worst.

no hot water, no ac, no bed sheets, everything very dirty, nothing cleaned, and cockroaches and bugs all over and even worst when receptionist is useless and rude who dose t know what customer service is
