dosto bahut ghatiya kism ke staff hai sab ke sab. aap log bhul kar bhi mat jana waha per. waha sirf lutne ka kam karte hai hotel Wale. mai aap sab ko batana chahata hu mai room book kar ke gaya tha per waha ka maneger kehta hai hamare itne kam paise me room hi nahi milta or humse fir se paisa wasool Kiya jab ki mai pehle payment kar chuka tha

As soon as I arrived for check in, the person on counter informed me that rooms are on 4th floor and lift is not operational. Being a heart patient and senior citizen of 74 yrs it was not possible to go to 4th floor through stairs. I did not check in. I had a bad experience as my money is not refunded.

Staff and owner interaction is too rough and uncultured so kindly visiting at your risk. we are not satisfied

It was really a nice experience. Desai bhaiya was so co-operative as well as helping. Room was very neat and clean. Overall, excellent experience.

Breakfast was mentioned at the time of booking, but was not available. They changed bedsheet after 4 days, after request.

Very Very Hard Mattress, AC not working, No bucket for Bath received every item after demand. Smell in room and toilet. Rooms are small. No Kitchen available. Nature of owner and staff is co-operative.

Too dirty comforter blanket like they wash in a month torn towel tap water for drinking only thing you get is ac room at cost of 1000

There was no proper arrangement, staff was rude they have to confirm the booking from their boss who asked how much amount you have paid for booking. Even for early checkin the amount they were asking was quite high when compared with property. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Barring some initial confusion about booking, hotel service was good. Mmt call service executive was very good, she listen properly and resolve the confusion as soon as possible with calm and peaceful way. Thank you mm t for this service.

Hi hotel denied my booking , he say we are not accepting booking of that price and he demand extra money, my experience was terrible and staff are not polite behaviour .

I have canceled the room and i don’t get refund also

It was closed without giving any resolution

I had an extremely horrible experience with this hotel biztel. Firstly i requested for an early check in as we were reaching patna early and we were travel-ling with my 10 year old daughter and was also ready to pay some additional charges, however the office manager deepak was extremely unhelpful and said that we will have to pay 800 per person. Ch-when i said why so he said you have got a discounted rate on mm t and then kept arguing, finally told me to speak to mmt. On the day of check in, i called to tell that i will be coming to check in, he asked me how much i have paid on mm t and then told me i cannot check in as the amount paid is discounted. He was extremely rude, not at all helpful and was asking for more money. I then spoke to mm t and the customer service representative mr. Gauhar was extremely courteous and helpful and made arrangements at another hotel. I have never faced such an issue ever with mm t but this was extremely disappointing. However mm t ensured that i was not left unattended and resolved my issue within half n hour. Thank you team mmt.

Stay with this hotel was nice, hygiene & safety is beyond expectation. Usually i stay over here whenever i visit there.

Break fast quality should be improved

The towel and sheets were dirty and the ac made a lot of noise all night.

Overall nice stay the room was clean. The fan was not working properly but not a big issue because ac was working perfectly. The bathroom was reasonably clean but no rack in the bathroom to keep your bathing essentials. The location is easy to find and in the heart of patna very much near to the junction. Mr ranjeet is a very soft-spoken and humble person.
