soloI had pre-booked a classic room but upon reaching the hotel at reception i was told classic room is not available. I had to take the next option which was delux room for which i also had to pay extra 800. Upon insisting multiple times and escalating this with mm t customer care who were very helpful btw, i was finally allotted a classic room the next day. Now about the room there is a stark difference between classic and delux room. Deluxe one was very good maintained, but classic room looked like it was not cleaned in months. There were cockroaches everywhere.

Worst experience ever
Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Caretakers drink alcohol and don’t respond on the request. There is a liquor shop in the ground floor where all the drinker come in the evening. It’s not safe for anyone at all. Who ever is reading my comment kindly take a wise decision to not to come to this nonsense hotel and be safe.
