When I booked the Hotel for saver double room they told that there will be no ac in the room but in the amenities they showed the air-conditioning in room.

Hotel was near to railway station, was OK to stay in low budget.

It is nearer to my stop where my travel bus leave us. We just walk few step and found this hotel. Because we both are girls to stay in this hotel and we just reached in morning at 6:30 and they allow to check in early morning that's makes me impressive. Most friendly and helpful receptionist, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map and facilitating morning check in at 6:30. Fortunately everything about this hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in any manner. This place attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is good but need some more facilities. Improve need in hotel. Parking is not available there. So its really much need. Room services is good but need improve. Location is prime near from station

Very bad experience as there was leakage in bathroom and no action taken by hotel officials. Basic amenities like bathroom towel was missing. However I must admit makemytrip did well in contacting hotel staff, though hotel didn't do much after their intervention as well.

Location is great and near to every travel spot around. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff was polite and well behaved. They let me in at 8 AM even though the standard time is 10 AM, so that's a good thing on their part. Food was good with a good menu to offer.

The room was fine but I would not recommend this hotel because the service was APPALLING. When we first arrived, we tried to go to the lobby to check in but a member of staff on the door told us 'No'. We asked why not and he called over another worker and the two of them just kept saying No. They pointed up the road and told us to go there. We said that we wanted to go to THIS hotel and they just kept saying No and pointing away. Eventually I showed them my booking email and only then did they let us go to the lobby. We checked in and then they called us down later to fill in more forms, and then again later to take photos of our passports. On our last morning there, despite there being a sign up in Reception saying check-out is at 12, they phoned our room at 7am, waking us up, and told us we had to be out by 9. 30am. We left the hotel at around 8. 30am anyway and there was no one in Reception to check us out so we just left the key on the side. The room was spacious and clean, but this is the worst service I've experienced at any hotel in India.

Room was good ... And located near Udaipur bus stand ... Trasportation was very easy ... And hotel is good staff aand manager was also very corporative ... My stay was for 3 nights. I enjoyed so much .. Thanks to make myy trip
