They will charge extra at the time of checkin claiming there are no available rooms but as soon as you pay them what they want, they will give a room instantly. Dirty rooms, possibly they don't clean after previous stay even bathrooms. Showers don't work. Mosquito problem. No 24x7 water, if water is finished in morning then you have to wait till afternoon. Non professional behaviour, if you contact hotel staff or even mm t customer care they won't help you. It is on top of bar so drunkards may harass you no guarantee. You have to walk 500 meters to get public transport, very far location.

Worst experience we ever had. On arrival the owner asked to pay us for extra bed @300 per day and also offered a shabby non ac room. I had to call mmt care and conference the call for 15 minutes after which he agreed to offer ac room but still asked us to immediately pay 1800 bucks for the additional bed for 6 days. The owner was extremely arrogant and rude as he simply kept saying either we pay or walk out. The set top box was missing in the room and throughout the stay the receptionist kept saying that it will be replaced the next day and that never happened. Huge communication barrier as the receptionist was not comfortable speaking in both english or hindi. Not a single day rooms were cleaned or the bed sheets were changed. Mm t should remove this hotel immediately from their list.

Guest house staff are very unprofessional, arrogant, they are only asking for money, even if they complain that makemytrip does not pay their room rent, if you are local people then they will behave well but for outsiders i strongly do not recommend booking rooms in this property.
