very bed experience In royal hotel water not available in the hotel , rooms are not clean , electric board is damaged , bad sheet not cleaned, AC not available in hotel

Terrible Stay
We could not stay there because at first they didn't receive our calls and then they denied our booking. We showed them our pnr and booking id instead of that they didn't allow us to stay there
