My experience has not been as expected due to the following issues:
1. I booked a Deluxe Room, but the room provided does not match the description or standards promised.
2. The hot water geyser is not working, making it extremely inconvenient.
3. I was shocked to learn that towels were unavailable due to laundry issues—this is a basic necessity that should always be provided.
4. The bathroom taps are in very poor condition, making it difficult to use.
5. When I requested a room change, I was informed that all other rooms were fully booked, leaving me with no alternative.
This experience has been far below expectations, and I request immediate action to resolve these issues. If a room change is not possible, I expect at least the necessary repairs and amenities to be provided promptly. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience caused.
