wrong room alloted . I have booked an 2 ac room but it has been allotted 2 non ac room with dirty room

this is very third experience hotel gives priority offline customer stay was very hectic AC was not there behavior of hotel guys very casule. I suggest those guys who is genuine please do not book

Staff was too good nice place for stay having good facilities and food is easy available there till mid night

Ac was not working. There was no tv in the room. Receptionist was very rude and got no positive response from him. No shower

When i reach hotel at night they were asking for more money. There was no customer service available from mmt at that time. They indirectly charge me 400 rs extra. As they were not refunding the money or saying that our room start price is from 1000rs. Worst service and worse responce from mmt.

Sir i m booked a room in ratiram palace noida sector 18 by make my trip when i reached the hotel to room checked in the person on the reception told me pay extra money for the room and the staff misbehaving us

they will charge extra amount when u will go to hotel and will provide very dirty smelly room.

Room had spider weds all over the room and dead insects were on bathroom floor. It looked like room was not cleaned for a month or so. Ac was broken and so was toilet seat. Tv didn't work. It was not connected to power source and i could not do it as it doesn't had and plug visible.

Rooms are very dirty. Receptionist is rude. Totally not worth it

1. Light does not work in rooms 2. Lift does not work 3. They don't give towel and soap 4. Booked with breakfast, but did not get breakfast, cheated with price. 5. Hotel is best suited for couples only who book for 2 hours

This is not a hotel for decent people. Beware. Staff is least interested as they have their source of income. Dirty linen, leaking taps, no bucket and the list goes on. Two stars because sheets were changed and bucket provided

We checked in and the room they give was so dirty and flush was not working. They even haven't changes the bedsheets. They gave us another room but the condition was same. Flush was working but everything was so dirty just disgusting hotel
