Amazing Camping experience with retro valley camping 🏕️🏕️ Specially Surender Bhai is amazing guy and very friendly manager manage everything very well

It was a nice stay but work on food facility

It was good and service was also good but it was clean as lawn was having long grasses and during monsoon, insects were creating problem but not much as it was monsoon time. Rest it was good would like to visit again.

The hotel was up to my expectations with respect to budget, having scenic snow capped mountains and apple orchid around it, Beas river and mall road within 2-3 km. They lack some amenities like ceiling fan, ac, geyser, power backup etc. But these things will be unnoticed by anyone who will spend his time here as the climate is very much pleasant and no need of cooling system and power backup and also hot water is available when you ask the staff. Overall it's the best hotel for all kind of travellers. But as it comes under Oyo franchise, they charge me extra even after full amount prepaid booking. But contacted to the MMT authority they have given instant solution for it and I am very much satisfied they way they have handled the situation and really MakeMyTrip a full of wonderful memories.

It was nice stay. We, the family of 12 stayed there for three nights. Lots open and garden space to chill out and bonfire. Staff was extremely supportive and humble. Food was average but fresh. Should visit this economic place again very soon. Special thanks to Arun who managed our stay well.

It was very bad experience of stay in retro valley, they are always asking for the extra charge for each and every facilities whether it is included in your plan or not and manager is very poor he does not hve any idea that how to talk with their customers. This hotel is basically based on extra charges. Food is also very bad in taste, quality, service is very low.

Worst experience. Don't choose this hotel. Comfort zone is totally missing. No Ac, no fan.
Stop to make people fool. And please put one sign board on road by which your client will find your hotel or tent which is 200 Metre inside the road and you can't go inside with your car.

This is the worst service experience I ever had. Its like we are totally cheated by the hotel's (retro valley camp) staff and make my trip's team. The staff of the hotel were too rude to talk with any customer.
