Excellent Stay
Staff and owner of hotel are very gentle and humble. Room was clean and hygienic. You can enjoy very nice view of orchards and snowy mountains. Food was greatest of all, nice taste & freshly prepared.

Fabulous stay at simmi grand manali
Hotel is very convenient and situated in great view of hills. Hotel was clean ambiance fabulous. Food was was delicious need to add more items in meal.

Worst experience food is worst rates are high staff don’t how to treat with customer
coupleWorst stay at simmi grand they took 3900- per room and they don't know how to serve food and how to treat with customer when we ordered from kitchen they forgot ordered and when it came taste is too bad and we order peenut masala they gave single bowl and taken 150 for that item. Room main door lock is not working. Bathroom gate was broken. I don't know how to makemytrip give this type of cheap property to customer and hotelier give worst food with too high rates.

Worst hotel Facilities
couple1. Hotel is extremely far from city, bus stands with no public transport connectivity. 2. The hotel has no air heating facility at reception. we waited for 2 hours at reception and got heavy cold and fever. 3. Hotel rooms had no heating facilities. they charged us ₹500 per night extra for heater. 4. During 4 days stay we never got hot water in bathrooms. even after several requests no action taken by the hotel. 5. Out of 4 days only 1 day room was cleaned. Me and my wife both spent 4 days in high fever due to such horrible hotel facilities. Wasted all our time and money and could not visited any single place. Hence would never recommend this hotel.

Dear Guest, Kindly do not make any false complaints for personal reasons: 1. hotel Location is 4.5 km from Mall road and Hotel is Located in Shuru/Prini, there is a bus service from Mall road to the hotel location every 30 minutes at a cost of INR 10 anyone can reach Hotel, and also Taxi services are easily available and also provided by Hotel. 2. our standard check-in time is 2 pm anyone reaching earlier based on availability we provide early check-in without any extra charges, in your case we provided you early check-in as we have CCTV footage for the same. 3. Room heaters are provided at extra charges as same has mentioned on MMT you can check before booking. 4. as you mentioned you got sick, you have not informed the staff, as we have a Doctor on call available 24*7. 5. while going out, our staff asks each guest to clean the room, in your case you refuse to give the key and clean the room.

coupleRelatively new property nice view and good quality rooms staff and service is par excellence, piku, shagun and any are great at service limited menu but good food however facilities are below par, hot water never came from the taps and one was always struggling non existent wifi water pumps were constantly overflowing and water was dripping

Very Poor Amenities
coupleThe hotel didnt have any proper room heater- esp. need this as temperatures go subzero. The heater provided by the hotel - you will literally have to sit infront of it to feel any warmth. Moreover, There was not hot water available from the taps. You will always have to call the reception and they would provide hot water in a bucket. Definitely not worth Rs per night. The food too was just ok. They had very limited variety of dishes available. The view was really good though.

Pathetic service

Dear guest, we understand your concern, because of the low voltage and high crowd on the particular day you faced, although our staff ensure hot water buckets reach your room on time, as conveyed to you by staff 1200 watts room heater is always available on request on extra charges. Hotel staff provided you 1 extra blanket, as you were asking 4 blankets won't be possible for us on high demands as we have to offer extra blankets to all rooms.

Spectacular
I was very happy to have booked a room at this hotel. The service was of really good quality. Comfortable room with a beautiful view from the window. The bathroom was also clean & hygienic. It's a nice place to stay, be it for a family, couple or a solo traveler like me.

My stay at the sim grand was quite comfortable. Smooth check-in & check-out process. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Good service at a very reasonable rate.

Wonderful hotel, nice location, amazing service & quality food
Enjoyed stay at sim grand hotel. It is very good for family and couples as well. Sim grand is located in a calm and quiet place. The rooms are big enough with a private balcony. The view from balcony is amazing, one can see apple orchards outside balcony. Rooms are very spacious and well cleaned. Beds were very comfy. Interior is very attractive and most of things are of wooden. Bathroom was big enough and very well cleaned. Staff was very welcoming. All staff members were very professional, helpful and polite. Dining hall is also very spacious and proper hygiene was maintained. Parking facility is available. I visited this hotel second time and loved my stay here. It is 5-6 km away from manali mall road. Thanks sim grand for making my stay pleasant.

wonderful experience
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms. room service was excellent. all the staff was superb. very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was also great with an excellent view and balcony. Would love to visit again.

An absolutely lovely place to stay! The room was comfortable, perfectly clean- would definitely recommend.
I usually don't write reviews but I was so pleasantly overwhelmed by this place that I feel obligated to review this hotel! I stayed here for 1 night. It was a great experience, I enjoyed it very much. The place is immaculate. All the staff members are extremely professional and show courtesy and respect throughout. The Door person, Front desk staff, and Housekeeping staffs are all amazing. The Front Desk staff was kind enough to let me check out late. I'm really floored by the services they send your way—lovely rooms, good views, hygienic washrooms and above all impeccable staff to run the show. It is highly recommended to stay here. I'm looking forward to coming again. Thanks!

Awesome stay feel very friendly
It was pleasant stay here host are very friendly, polite and ready to help serve you at any point of time. Location was best, food was good. I am planning for next visit in coming christmas holiday in same hotel

Excellent location and courteous staff
Our stay at sim grand was great. The location gives a beautiful view of mountains and is away from street bustle. The staff was very friendly, courteous and polite. The only downside was food which felt a bit overpriced compared to its quality and taste. But overall i would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in manali.
