Location okay, food okay, service poor, staff response not proper

The room was excellent. Basic amenities and infrastructure were good. But the room service and staff were worst and tainted my overall stay experience. Hospitality is very bad. No variety in the dinner or breakfast buffet.

Manali is amidst the mountain slopes, one of the most popular hill stations in India. I had an excellent stay there in Hotel Alpas. With huge and beautiful mountains visible from my room, the Hotel provided us all the good services from geyser to room service. The staff was as nice as the view from the room and it was quite pocket-friendly. While in Manali, it is a must stay.

The rooms in the Hotel were comfortable and it was very neat and clean. The staff present in the Hotel was very friendly. The breakfast was also awesome in taste and in variety. The only problem was that they did not serve breakfast post the breakfast timing of the Hotel. The location was quite hard to find as it was inside the Town. The staffs were also very friendly.
