very bad room and services are very poor. Water supply not properly working, very bad smell overall it's terrible experience for me

The room was filthy with unclean sheets and a moldy bathroom. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful. I do not recommend staying here. Look elsewhere for better service and cleanliness.

I will never booked any hotel in future to make my trips

Firstly when we reached there they were not giving us the entry they were asking about the extra money, i told i have already paid the whole amount through make my trip so i'll not pay the single penny. And then denied for entry and told you can call on mm t i'll not provide room. After struggling for 3-4 hours with the discussion with an mm t representative then they were also tried to contact with area manager of that route to assist us, but still we were struggling there. Around 10:30 pm we got one room in hotel that was totally rubbish. It was too much dirty, washroom was totally dirty, uncleaned and full of waste. We asked to change the bedsheet and pillow cover but they didn't. Fan was also not working properly. It was waste of my time and money. So much diet was inside the room.

Hotel staff are very rude, not given ac room, i stayed in fan room for last 8 days, late n n bathroom are not in working condition, no cleaning services. Very bad experience.

Worst stay ever. First of all, the management is goons. They did not accept prepaid booking and i had to pay directly at the hotel. I did not get the amenities as promised at the time of booking. No tv, ac not working, low speed wifi, no drinking water, they never cleaned once the room with in my one week stay there. Room boy never showed up to change bed sheets or empty the garbage cans. Most of the time, the bathroom was out of water and we had to go out to find public toilets for that. When i asked for the receptionist for the invoice for the stay, the manager showed up and denied of giving me the bill and he forcefully taken the bill from my hands and torn off. Worst experience ever. Nobody should go to this hotel for a pleasant stay.

owner I’ve have ever seen receptionalist manually adding extra amount when i said about that then they said no no this is what we’ve and other bla bla then they give room in hotel ac not working

No Water, Bead not clean toilet, very unhygienic, and he takes extra 500 but its very bad experience, staff is very bad he abuses. very bad

poor property. water is leaking here and there. it is not hotel. it is like dormitory. i will not suggest to anybody😔

The receptionist asked extra 325 rupees and bathroom is very bad. Some times water is not available.

This terrible place is not for family. No private washroom. No door key. No fresh bedsheet change. No water in washroom. And all the staff and owner are idiots. No response u want to stay or leave. Just answer like this. Family men please don't book this hotel ever

The washroom was like public toilet. Towels weren't clean no bottled water just an RO filled water.

This Hotel is good in this budget and the staff of Hotel is also good the reception boy is very good mannered.
