We had 2 Senior Citizens the ages we couldn't specify and the first thing we faced when we reached the hotel was the room was situated Atop a Restaurant and we had to go up 2 lines of Stairs and we were already tired a lot with our previous schedule of travel. When we reached the hotel, we were made to wait for clean up of the room, however the room was not at all clean and after we checked into the room we had to call up the reception to change the bedsheets and have the bathrooms cleaned up. In one of the rooms for no reason there was water supply stoppage and both room's sink was left dirty and uncleaned. The irony upon all this was the Hotel owner demanded a 5 Star Rating from me when I was there and said it would take only 2 seconds for me, however I said I will take my own sweet time and give my review honestly. Food was another part where we had slight disappointment however the supply was steady and we can't complain about it except once when I for my Paratha had asked for Curd wasn't given or supplied and they acted as if they weren't aware and even argued with me that I did not ask for it when I ordered whereas my wife heard about my order loud and clear, but the receptionist and the chef had their ears pierced.
