Everything was in good order when we arrived. Staff helped make our stay go smooth. Room was quiet and perfect for sleeping well.

fter completing the booking, we arrived at the hotel, only to be informed that check-in was denied. Additionally, they requested an amount double the booking price. They contacted the hotel and addressed the issue, and I was told that everything had been resolved. However, upon returning to the hotel for check-in, we were once again asked to pay an additional 500 rupees. We were about to contact customer service again when the hotel reluctantly agreed to check us in. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was below expectations. The room was not clean, with cigarette smoke lingering both in the bathroom and in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Too dirty hotel, not recommended, bedsheets and the rooms are so dirty, smelly, not recommended for the couples, this room suitable for poor class

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty, with smelly blankets and pillows. The whole place had a bad odor, and they didn’t even provide basic essentials like towels. It felt very unsafe, especially for women, and the area around the hotel was full of cigarette smoke. I would not recommend staying here.
