I even have booked and made a payment before check in. At the hotel i was asked to pay extra rupees for checkin. The reason was that the price was low so you need to pay extra. And also no invoice was given for extra payment. This was the worst experience at a hotel

businessIt's a worsted experience, no clean room, no hot water provided for shower, bad service, staff behaving rudely. It's a bad experience ever.

Average Stay
It is my second stay in this hotel, but the service this time is not upto the mark as compared to last time. We have had to call at-least 4-5 times for room service for cleaning the room but we have just given assurance that some one is coming to clean the room yet no one came till 2 hrs. Food was also just ok as compared to last time. Shower gel was finished and we got to know that it is not available. My last experience was much better than this time. However, overall experience is ok. P. S. My first stay in april was a superb experience irrespective of the limitations the hotel may have faced due to lockdown.

Location was very near to the place i have to go. Breakfast is available only after 8am which is a drawback. It should be at-least 7am for people who have to reach places early

Watchman and staff are equaly aware for the guest. Food and room service are very good, also hotel management is very humble and politely behave.

Hotel was good, clean, privacy was good, but they dont gave us soap and all, only two small bottles of water and two towels

Bad for customers
They haven't gave our choices of room, washbasin was broken they told us not to hand wash in basin, tv recharge was not done so no tv, despite mostly rooms are empty the didn't gave us our choice room. Room was clean
