Staff was cooperative but room are quite small and room services was average and their power supply was poor there was three to four time power cut in 3 hours and mineral water bottle was not original they were used but they charged full amount for that and their door lock was not good at all and no food was available there and there are almost no good restaurant near by in 500 metres and it was very outer too

Bed toota huwa tha, jaisa picture me room dikhaya hai, waisa nahi tha

Not recommended to anyone as bedsheet was dirty, smelly bathroom and poor room service.

Staff is following all safety measures like social distancing, wearing mask, sanitization & temperature check on arrival. Hotel location is near roxy pull which is center of old city of gwalior. Service is very good. In house kitchen is under renovation so you have to order food from outside only.

Room is very clean and they provide us prior check-in also. That is good for us. In winter season that was jackpot for us.

Not a people intensive place. But the rooms are tidy new property still under renovation. Am pretty sure will visit again

Very poor. This is the second time I am stay but hotel facilities were very poor totally dirty, location is also very bad. There is no costumer relationship b/w hotel staff and costumers. So may I request please don't book the this hotel

Pretty bad experience as there was no electricity in the hotel ... No geyser facility .. Room was unclean ... Washroom taps were blocked. Toilet seat was broken .. Only good thing was this hotel was near main market. Else all things were horrible
