the bathroom buckets were broken, the wifi was not working 😕, a lot of smoking smell was coming from outside corridor and it felt suffocated. i had to extend my time of stay because of my works and for extension they charged me 800 which was too much. and also i had not got any complementary dinning though it was mentioned while booking instead i was told that the kitchen chefs are not available. so it was too bad for me because i had to order foods online and it was too expensive for me.

Check in denied by hotel due to low tariff. When the same was informed to mm t they could-not arrange for an alternative hotel and agreed to refund me the amount. However till date amount is not refunded.

Food is average and staffs also good

The only purpose the location of the property serves is its proximity to apollo hospitals and indira iv f clinic which, makes it a possible choice for respective patients' relatives. But the property misses out bigtime on hygiene with dirty stain laden bedsheets. I couldn't say anything about food as there is no kitchen on property as far as i know same goes for safety, no security guard was around.

Rooms are spacious. But could have been more clean.

I had a nice vacay in greenland inn. Clean, hygienic rooms, clean bathroom, clean lobby, they responded very quickly on every request, nice ac rooms, good bedsheet, but the breakfast came out of my pocket so that was the only thing that i disliked, and i was disappointed with it because for me if showed in the app that the breakfast was complementary but i had to pay 100 rupees for the breakfast. So, i would like to request mm t to refund my breakfast fees as it was complementary for me through the id from which i had booked the room.

Very good service your staff at work

This hotel is nearby hospital apollo, bbsr, whicj is the main attraction and attendent of the patient can reach the hospital within 2 min. At the same time hotel room is clraned and sanitised

It was a great experience of stay at hotel

The extra charges they are charging is nearly 50% of what we pay while booking that too just for 3 hours early check in. Charge lies for early check in

Around 1. 2 km from apollo hospital, little bit difficult to find, as hotel is located in residential area in street. Staff is good and cooperative. Food is ok. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Have improvement margin in bedsheet cleanliness. Overall nice and economic stay.

The booked package was including breakfast and lunch/dinner. But hotel staff denied providing food saying that cook is not available and not reimbursed the cost of food paid along the booking.
Hotel area is not maintaining any requirements of pandemic Covid 19

Good hotel, but approx 1 km inner from main road, when book hotel then show cab free but after check-in hotel says cab not free, rest hotel stuff is good and cooperative.

Nice hotel. Cleanliness and with good atmosphere

Hotel is awesome. Staff is cooperative but the problem was from MakeMyTrip side that I paid an amount but in the hotel, it was showing a lesser amount. So, I have to pay an extra amount for check-in.

The only demerit is no restaurant.
