A hotel experience encompasses the overall impression a guest receives from the moment they check-in, including the welcoming reception, comfortable room amenities, quality of service from staff, cleanliness of the facilities, convenient location, and any additional features like dining options, spa treatments, or local area recommendations, all contributing to a positive and memorable stay.

Room not clean, bad smell are coming from room, toilet not clean very unhygienic condition, smoking ciggerate in the room, gutkha splitting inside the room.

Power backup was not there had to pay extra for ac even though booking classic room proper water supply was also not there!

Fantastic accommodation, amenities were great, service was outstanding and staff were truly friendly.

Everything about the property was horrible. Our flight got delayed and we reach the hotel around 1am. The manager said it’s already past 12 and he cannot check in us without a late check in charges. We were made to wait for half an hour in this discussion. Rooms were horrible. Washroom was in terrible condition. And we checked out early next morning only after paying the so called late check in charges.
