Review Of Hotel O Gopika Stay Inn

I had to cancel my trip yesterday, for the cancellation of the booking i called not less than 20 times, but nobody replied. The customer care service of make my trip is so pathetic. I would never advice anyone to book through makemytrip. If anyone could reply from your end, i would definitely appreciate this.

The room was terrible. Washroom was very dirty. Hotel people said the room are full there are no room so they give one room which was terrible without fan and ac. No proper blanket. I want the refund

They rejected my reservation. And did not return money back. Very dirty hotel

Payment issues with their package and etc cc. Provide correct rent payment of the booking hotels etcccccc.

The hotel manager asked for additional charges for going to the hotel which we had booked. Even after complaining, there was no hearing, my refund has not arrived yet. Very bad responsibility. And makemytrip se hotel book karne par fro d kiya jata hai
