I had horrible experience. Some other guest was able to open my room with his keys. In this hotel any key can open any door. I was all alone staying in room. Luckily had chained the room. Over and above neither the make my trip nor the treebo team was ready to take the responsibility and help me with the change of hotel or refunding my money so that i can book other hotel. They don’t take security as an important issue to be resolved. SHOULD NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. ESPECIALLY if they are travelling solo

It was wonderful experience. Its property is well maintained, neat and clean. And well connected to main road very easy to commute. Only one suggestion- breakfast options to be improved along with drinking water at the time of breakfast would be wonderful

Kitchen dept not at all cooperative had requested for water they did not provide. breakfast not up to mark. During breakfast they don't serve water.

Bad experience of Resturant and Room service,lack of Customer Approach

I stayed for three nights.Room is okay but the room service and dining facilities are very bad.No proper staff and the complementary breakfast starts always late and service very poor.The food plates from the Front of Room are not cleared for 48 hours till I checked out this morning Very minimum spread of Breakfast.If you order for Egg omlette it will take 30 minutes and today I ordered but could not have since I had to rush for Railway station. also the location is not known to people.

familyIt's a new place, hence food or restaurant is not set up. However, out side food is allowed. It's neat and tidy. For just one night stay it was comfortable with clean linen and room and clean bathroom.

This is not Hotel Type. To be precise, it is lodge kind. However, no negative and no value addition to money as well. Food is the only concern to be improved. Laundry delivery time is 24 hours that shall be reduced to 12 Hours.

breakfast was the worst. breakfast included in booking but they charged for eag omlet. an extra bed was not provided to the third person. toilet paper was missing. there is no meaning to add breakfast in booking. room service was good. in the standard room third bed was not provided to the third person.
