Terrible stay, bad service, hotel asks for extra payment

First of all, at check-in they will ask you to pay extra (for me it was ₹1000) regardless of your booking. They blame it on OYO for mis-pricing and completely transfer the responsibility on customer and waste our time. I had to sit 2 hours in lobby to sort the issues and OYO. If the issue is between OYO and hotel why they ask customer at check-in to pay extra? Secondly, they don’t have enough personnel ever, so for fresh towel, you will have to go to reception to pick it up everyday. Thirdly, no outside food is allowed. Which wouldn’t have been huge problems but their restaurant policy makes it much worse. One would expect that if a hotel is not allowing outside food, they will have at least average restaurant service. But NO. Their restaurant opens at 11 AM. So good luck getting breakfast/tea from them when you wake up (unless you wake up at 11).

The room was smelling very poor, there were yellow strains in the bedsheet and pillow. I ask them to change the bedsheets but they denied. Then I entered the bathroom and it was horrible and the flush was also not working. Really horrible experience!

Very much disappointed

Ask for extra money as I have paid online for my room. Previous dirt not removed. Single bedroom is so small. Bathroom is very compact not even we bath in proper way.

Good for solo traveller or couples

Overall good stay. Pros. New construction, nice staff, very much clean. Basic amenities were good. Cons. Small size of room. Washroom is like you can't bath due size. Food is ok not good. About 12-13 km from main city. Overall if you are a solo traveller this is a budget hotel with some basic amenities.
