Unprofessional, rude staff and so called owner

Never expected such epitome of unprofessionalism from the staf and the so called owner of the property with whom i had a talk over phone. They could not print my id's at the time of check-in, due to their dis-functional machine and later in the morning knocked on my door continuously and talked rudely that i should email my id and made me realise it was my fault. I was forced to check out before 11 am due to their extreme unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. Also i had to wait for approximately 45 minutes to get my room cleaned before i could check-in at 7 pm in the yesterday evening.
