Review Of CS Boutique Hotel

Food is very bad specifically chicken curry was terrible i got I'll after eating. Room finishing not ok. No ventilation in room feeling suffocating. During checkout hotel staff denied the Tax invoice with my company GST details. I'll never use MMT next time

Hotel: CS BOUTIQUE Rating: -4/5 (if that were possible) Experience: Pathetic I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at CS Boutique. Despite booking the most expensive room — the Luxury Suite — I was initially allotted a cheap room. Only after raising a complaint did they correct the mistake. Unfortunately, the “Luxury Suite” turned out to be a complete disaster. The gate lock was broken, the floor was dirty, and to top it all, there were cockroaches in the room. Basic amenities were missing — we were two guests, but only one towel and one water bottle were provided. On top of that, they had the audacity to try and charge ₹25 + 18% GST for a bottle with an MRP of ₹20 — blatant overcharging and borderline fraud. When I checked in around 1 PM, there was no electricity, and the generator started only after 30 minutes. The heat and humidity were unbearable during that time. The room smelled bad, and although the bed looked big, it was actually made up of two separate mattresses, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also, be careful with room service — Cold coffee wasn't on the menu, and if you don't confirm the price beforehand, they'll definitely try to overcharge. This place is mismanaged, unhygienic, and customer service is non-existent. Strongly do NOT recommend staying here.

The room is not clean properly. Even the washroom is dirty and smelling now.
