Terrible Stay

We booked the property for 2 days just only because we had early morning check in at 5 am. But the hotel denied entry saying you have not shown up on 1st day.. When we argued about it, they somehow arranged another property for 2 hrs. When it's a hotel, we have the discretion to come and go as per our convenience. There is ideally no compulsion. Staff also asked to come back by 10.30 in the night.very unhygienic and unprofessional as well.

Hotel is not hygiene in all ways, washroom was not clean and totally unhygienic, i'm totally regretful l to book this hotel, my room was also not good and services were also poor. In a single word hotel was very unhygienic.

I was not provided with breakfast and Hotel management denied and asked me to pay for that but they facilitate breakfast in amenities while booking. Geyser was unserviceable and bedding standard was not Oyo standard.
