Review Of Hotel O Aana Residency

Worst hotel in my whole life i book hotel by this app for couple and when i go on hotel they say room not valid because of AC not working then i say its ok give me another room or settle this thing then they say its not our problem ask to customer care.i talk with customer care and then they say we provide room in this property but hotel can’t accept this for half an hour even they send me mail for confirmation but hotel can’t accept they say we can’t talk to customer care and then I shout out and then they give me very cheap room no clean in room toilets is very dirty tap cant stop always water dropping and bugs on bed and I adjust because i travel far from another city. When my gf comes and she from Thailand they say they can’t allow there because they dont have international permit xyz i dont know what they say then i come outside and say for more money i book hotel and they ask for more 1000. Then i just leave this hotel no body has knows how the things work very bad and worst hotel in my whole life

I asked them to change my room 3 times. 1st time they gave me room that have lizard and leakage in bathroom. 2nd time the toilet flush was not working and there was potty in pot. 3rd time the window do not have curtains and i stayed there for the night as it was 11 pm checkin in the night and in the morning it was very suffocated place. I didn't used the toilet that day as it was quiet dirty. Next day morning i simply went to one of the best hotel in jaipur kurki house. I stayed there and left the hotel. It was 4 days stay and i went there at last day just to sleep for few hours. The owner also telling me that i don't payed but it was prepaid booking. Worst experience ever.

All the things are good except TV it's not working.

Poor service, tasteless breakfast.

Excellent staff all are so good safety also good.
