Relocation of hotel after booking confirmed

After reaching hotel they took us to another hotel of same owner, we have mentioned 3 adult but they have no arrangements for 3 adults bedroom. So we have to stay in 2 single bed. Also car parking was not available with hotel premises, it was 5 minutes walking within the market road.
