Hotel was not clean

Hotel staff were quite good and humble but amenities they were really provided was very unexpected and poor.

Cleanliness of the room was poor. No sleeper was provided. 2 person per room was booked but only 1 soap was provided per room.

Worst experience and room ever

It's a good clean budget hotel. I stayed in the non AC rooms. Hot water is also available. Rooms need to be slightly more clean but it's ok.

According to price just ok for small stay one or two day.

Staffs are well behaved and very supportive. They tried their best to serve with the available resources. Good connectivity with all major places in Bokaro. Special thanks to room service for extra effort to make the stay comfortable, especially for our 2-year baby girl.
