Excellent short stay at neelam hotel manali
Clean spacious rooms with very warm and helpful reception and excellent service. Location of proximity to mall as well as volvo zing bus stand is excellent. Definitely recommend for river views too of superdeluxe rooms

Not a good experience for us
Rooms were not cleaned properly and the hotel service was very pathetic. will never suggest to anyone to stay in this property

overall Very good Hote
The location is good, between Mall road and Zing bus stand. Service is also good. The owners is very helpful. Valley view rooms are superb. Space provided to place luggage even after checkout till evening. Also arranged for cabs for sightseeing and sisu at normal rates. Only drawback is 1. TV is not connected. 2. As we are pure Veg, we did not prefered the restaurant at the hotel.
