The location is a plus since it's away from the hustle bustle of the market. however for coming to market yes every time you have to spend around 100/- by auto. however barring this the room especially the balcony view is amazing 😍 and totally worth it. food needs to be improved however local food is decent for your taste buds. the cleanliness and neatness was pretty good. plus hot running water in the bathroom. the host are helpful and very honest. when i could not find my Fastrack specs case the owner had kept it well and safe in his custody to return me the same.. that was v thoughtful. overall the the owners are kind and helpful and efficient in providing taxi or any volvo booking services. had a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Good location, courteous staff, good service and food. Only missing point is they do not take payments by credit cards

Staff and food was nice but room ambience and interior was not up to the mark( may be of my room 203 or may be mmt booking had given such an below average room.

Nothing to complain about. Best part was the great hospitality shown by the owner, mr anil sharma. Professional, kind and a great smile. 180 view of the valley and the snow capped mountains from the balcony cannot be beaten. Moreover, their staff is very well behaved and nice. They actually listen to your requirements and do the needful as asked. Breakfast variety for the prepaid customers can definitely be improved upon. The location is a bit far up from the main manali chowk, but to get that kind of valley view, it's worth it. Hidimba temple and old manali were definitely walkable from the hotel.

I was upgraded to a room with a view of manali. Stay was pleasant, quick room service. A clean, quiet place.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful place location is very nice. Food is very hygienic and good. Staffs behavior very cordial and good reception is also very well at the time of entry bag was properly sanitized by the hotel staffs well equipped sanitisation

Hotel is located on walking distance to hadimba temple. View from our balcony was ok ok. Owner was quite friendly and helpful. In our experience best thing about this hotel was food which was really great. Overall our experience was nice and satisfactory. However at the last day of our trip, taxi person (hotel taxi services)became rude and greedy (basically wanted to charge double. During checkout we paid all the charges and while dropping at the bus stand was asking for the whole amount again. Suggestion would be to make it clear with the hotel owner if any inconvenience caused.

Mountain View from room's balcony was breathtaking. And their food was delicious room was spacious. Overall I would like to give 6 out of 5.

The hotel is located at an amazing place. It gives a perfect view of the entire Manali city from the top. We were lucky to witness the snowfall right from the hotel balcony and the view was breathtaking. Hotel staff is very friendly and gave a family like feeling during our visit. The hotel owner who is very friendly, helped us getting a taxi in heavy snowfall to the bus station. Overall the experience was awesome. Recommended for all kinds of travellers.

Hotel has a good value for money, the location of the hotel was above than average, the area is covered with hotels. You have to walk a bit to go to mall road. Overall quality is good.

We hit the jackpot with this hotel. It's located in old Manali just 5 minutes from Hadimba temple. The views from verandah were absolutely stunning. It's located roughly 1.5 kms from mall road. The rooms were massive and spacious, the facilities were very good. We had dinner only once in the hotel and it was very good. Overall this hotel was by far beyond our expectations and we were extremely satisfied.
