Everything was good I totally loved it and also will recommend my family and friends to visit there.

No lift but all other amenities were good. Breakfast was great. The only issue is if you are allotted upper floor, then absence of lift will be an issue.

Location of the property is quiet accessible and in the hotspot region of old manali surrounded by lush green gardens of old manali. However amenities provided by the hotel is not at par with the amount they charge for the same. Rooms were not maintained properly they have a peculiar odour. Coming to the food they serve in their buffet is also not satisfactory. They do not have much options in their menu as well. Overall a very below average stay experience.

This is my second time with them everything was so perfect the food ,amenities,room service our room was so hygienic I would prefer this hotel to every one nd the best thing is location so peaceful

it's nice family stay with comfortable rooms and access to the lawn.though property is old but acess to their new unit makes it worth. food was good along with the variety for kids too.

Excellent luxury hotel, lot of parking space, near to mall road

Hotel management is very pathetic. They denied for very basic facilities like when we ordered food they denied for crockery. Also no swimming pool access and also hotel room wardrobe is very bad. No toiletries at all and no room cleaning at all on entire booking period.

Drinking Water warm krne ka tha bath tub attached in bathroom tea is tasty

Staff behavior is very good but the room related infrastructure like mobile charging socket, lights and bathroom quality were not as per the rating of the hotel.

Poor property location Food was not fresh, we complained but they ignored, Amenities was terrible, Service was ok . They asked us , while booking room will be of 300 sq feet , but don't get fooled it's not even 150 sq feet.

actually we found a new home in manali as a this property.greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven for relaxation. The location is ideal, and the surrounding area offers a range of attractions and activities.

Food was good. Garden was good. Now the cons. We paid extra to book luxury room with garden view but we got room on first floor and that too with a very small green patch to look at. Very disappointed. I had expected main garden view because that's what we paid for! Also, rooms were not clean, especially the sofa bed had weird stains. It was disgusting to look at. Almiras were old and no maintenance there. Bathroom didn't have shower curtain, it's door was old and rusted.

Location was good and the view was fine as well however food didn't seem to be fresh. Had to vomit in the morning to feel good

Awesome stay enjoyed a lot, staff are friendly, rooms are near and clean well maintained and good for copules

Affordable hotel with good food and great location. Cafes in old Manali are at a walkable distance from this property.
