Excellent Stay
Hotel is located within 2 mins walking distance from beach. Rooms are well maintained with nice balcony. Staffs are really good and helpful. Food are good in portion and tasty. Overall a good experience.

This place is cosy and clean property situated ear Morjim beach .Place offers decent room setup also they have on site scooter rental service at convenient prices .Only thing I would like to point out that it is bit difficult to get there by road or bus they can put some signage for convenience of the people.Food is a bit expensive compared to its quality otherwise it is great for group stays .

It was a pleasant stay at this place, max 400 mtr away from Morjim beach. Staff is very good and very supportive everytime. Food was very tasty. You will love this place and will feel like hommy environment.. will visit again sure..
