    The room was in a sad situation. The quality of the mattress and the bedsheets were not good. They were unbearable. There were cockroaches all around the room. The room isn't spacious, it's so congested. There is no cleaning service everyday. The safety also felt very less for ladies.

    Location is very good. Maintainence of the property is very poor. Door locks were not proper, toilet seat was broken, furniture was dirty. Facility detoriated than my last visit. Asked for a Dosa and tea, billed me Inr 550/-, on enquiry told the amount was wrongly entered, it was a machine bill. Overall experience was bad this time. Thanks.

    Location was good, Building condition is about 10yrs old. Room interior paints were peeling, washroom fittings were equivalently old, but cleaning was good, bed and bedding was good, all service staff were good and accomodating.

    Their rooms are pathetic, the first room we checked in was with a defective ac so we got the room changed. In the second room, the ac was dripping waters on the floor… Did not expected such horrible experience amount

Tv not working, electronic safe, shower cap, kettle and newspaper not provided, telephone not available in room 105. The washroom was in poor condition. 100% amount should be refunded for not providing amenities mentioned while booking

    There was no water supply in bathroom. When i informed receptionist about the same at night itself they said it will be resolved soon. But, it was not reaolved in the morning also. Had to check out without freshening up. Rooms are pretty small for the price.
