Review Of Hotel Samruddhi Airoli

Lots of mosquitos, no breakfast, food delivered from nearest hotel with hyped price, very very small room and not worthy for the price charged.

Evening manager in hotel is a terrible person, he doesn't know how to treat guests and is always in a mode to ask for money from costumer for almost everything. They doesn't even keep drinking water in the room and room had a bad smell. Bed sheets were not changed and blankets had fungus all over. Sorry didn't took any pics

The arrangement was good and even the staff is very polite and up to the mark

It was an excellent stay; the room and washroom were clean. To enhance the pleasant stay, i would suggest adding a few more amenities, such as a hot water jar and some small water bottles.

They proved-ed dirty blankets, room was not ready, when i reached hotel then they started cleaning the room, no soap bar and shampoo provided.

The bed sheet of the room was not clean, the smell of the bed sheet was also coming the size of the room is small the rooms were also not clean

Good overall, hotel should take care of the mosquitoes in the room. Also, the tubelights in the corridoors shouldnt shed light in the room.

We booked room to attend wedding. We had time so we thought of meeting our old friend so we called them (2 i. E. Married couple) in hotel only but they were not allowing them in room. It was so pathetic that we checked out by evening the same day and booked another hotel.

Reception staff was not good the way he is talking to customers that was not good room size so small & near by airoli station near by hotel food not available

the rooms were clean and no pest were present..just they didn’t have any windows and food service was slow…rest everything was good.

The room was not cleaned during my stay even when i informed to clean. No towels were given initially. Towels were stinking. There is continuous outside noise. They were playing some music which was disturbing during sleep. They charged event for a single water bottle which was pathetic. Don’t stay to this hotel as there is no proper cleaning and hygiene. If still you don’t have option carry your own toiletries, towels, blankets, dental kit and be ready to clean your room yourself. Pathetic hotel.
