Pathetic Stay – Zero Services,
My recent stay at the Miracle Hotel bookedwas an absolute . The hotel did not provide even the most basic amenities – no dental kit, no ironing service, and not a single facility the staff seemed least bothered about guest comfort. This was nothing short of customers by showcasing services that don’t exist. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone. To make things worse, they don’t even have an operational kitchen! They take your order, bring food from outside, and charge hotel prices for it. The food was , tasteless, and completely unhygienic. Strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

no Restaurant, rough staff, total non corporate. they did misbehave with us. we were going for dinner outside they thought we are going without paying there bill. although our luggage and everything was in the room.

Poor Stay
We have paid 1100rs more for extending 1hour for checkout also staff behaviour was rude at time of checkout. We dont get invoice of 1100rs till.

Average Stay
The bathroom is not okay or up to the mark. The blanket given for the 3rd bed is also not clean & maintained. There is no pantry, no tea arrangement in the room. not worth paying nearly 4K. Next time I will try not to trouble you reason you team not verifying properly.

Bad smell in rooms, no ventilation/no exhaust fan in bathroom, as per the terrif, no facility in rooms like hot cattle with tea pouch etc,, no daily use it, no TV connection, just dummy TV no proper cleanness in the rooms. As per the hotel staff, Hotel is for Wedding purpose only

Worst Hotel I ever
During my recent stay , I had an extremely disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed signs of poor maintenance. The washroom was filthy, with stains on the toilet seat and sink, and the overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards. The bed sheet had visible dirt marks and appeared as though it hadn't been changed since the previous guest's stay. The bathroom fixtures were in terrible condition, with taps and pipes covered in grime and rust, making them look unsanitary. The curtains in the room were torn and barely functional, failing to provide any sense of privacy or proper light blocking. I promptly informed the hotel staff about these issues, hoping for some resolution. However, my complaints were met with indifference and a lack of action. Despite repeated follow-ups, the room remained in the same appalling condition throughout my stay. When I escalated the matter to the hotel manager, I was shocked by their unprofessionalism. The manager showed no interest in resolving the issues and dismissed my concerns without any effort to improve the situation. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. On multiple occasions, they demanded tips for basic services, even in front of the management, who did nothing to address this unacceptable behavior. This experience was far below what I expected and made my stay incredibly unpleasant. The combination of unhygienic conditions, unprofessional staff, and poor management leaves me with no choice but to strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Terrible Stay
The hotel looks good on the outside but the rooms are small and not at all clean or comfortable. The service is very bad. I asked for a kettle, they handed me a broken one. When i said that it's broken. They said they didn't have any more kettles. The bathroom door didn't lock. The food was just terrible as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
