The hotel was good but not worth it as per the price

My stay at Hotel Midcity is nice. Hotel is at prime location and Temply is just 1km away from the hotel. Staff behaviour is very friendly. Overall my stay is excellent.

Very comforrable stay arrangements. Location is conveniet to explore Temple, Varanasi town, market, and Ghats. Food is nice, tasty and comes with more than sufficient quantity. Staff is polite and attentive, and management takes care of special requests. Overall a hasslefree, pleasant stay experience.

Location of hotel is good near to luxa thana approx 1. 5 km from gudauliya chauraha stay was comfortable room was of medium size, neat and clean washroom was sanitized and of good size menu provided for lunch dinner was on higher side very expensive.

Location is good but cockroaches were roaming inside the room. Overall my stay was not very comfortable.

Amazing stay! The staff is very cooperative & the location is great. It’s just besides the police station which makes it safe for solo travellers & women.

Pleasant stay. Hotel is in the middle of the city as its name. It is approx 2 kms from vishwanath temple and ganga ghat. Rooms are clean, customer service is wonderful.

The beds were not good quality. There was some metal spring wire coming out of bed which was dangerous. Hot water was not available when needed. Lots of mosquitos in the room and no action was taken to get rid of mosquitos.

Location of the property is prime, situated in the heart of city. The food was good. The owner was good &the service of staff and behaviour was helpful and polite.

Pros: - The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to visit tourist spots. Dashashwamedh Ghat is within walking distance. - The owner is helpful, assisting with arranging a cab facility. - All promised amenities were provided as per the description. Cons: - The room size felt small for the price charged. - The manager's behavior could be improved. Overall, a good experience despite minor drawbacks!

V. Poor rooms and bad quality of towels bad experience no cleaning.

The rooms are not very cleaned, there are big stains and we have to change the bedsheets but the staff seems like they are very lazy and making us feel like its our fault that we asked them to change it. I would like to get a full refund for this stay. Because this is not what we expected with the price. The room does not provide hot water at night. It was 11:30 pm and we came back home late realising that the bedsheets are still stained and the water is not hot at all. So we all took a shower with cold water at midnight in november end with winters outside.

Very nice property, very nice staff, had a call from hotel 2 days back to check that i have booked everything locally to visit. Must book hotel in this reasonable cost !

Rooms were clean, location is also on the main road next to luxa thana, ghat and vishwanath temple are at walking distance. Rooms have sufficient space and are well ventilated. The hotel also has a lift and food room service on call. The food quality and taste is nice. Although the prices are a little high. Room service and clean up is just a call away. You can get rikshaw, tot o and auto just outside the hotel gate. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

Great experience. The hotel is quite near to kosi vishwanath temple. Our room was cosy and clean, staff were good, well mannered and cooperative. Mr. Pandey, the manager was very nice, he allowed us an early check in. Food was good and tea superb. We would strongly suggest to avail their hospitality.

Hotel location is good as per name it's in mid city room is good service and behaviour of staff is good there is no resturant in this hotel room service take at least 30 to 40 minute rest is up to mark

Stayed in Hotel Midcity for 3 nights and paid per night. Rooms are good in size with good AC. Toiletries were provided but had to ask for towels as they were not in the room on checkin. Was told to check with reception if it comes along for the room. No packed drinking water and tea/coffee kit was provided despite asking for it as they do not provide the same. RO water was available. Hot water is available after 5 AM and provided in bucket before that if requested. Breakfast provided was fixed one dish menu at hotel's discretion which is available during 9-11 AM. Seems they do not cook at hotel and order from restaurant outside. Better to eat from outside than availing breakfast option at this hotel. No option to get a packed breakfast either if you checkout earlier which is very evident given their breakfast arrangement. Wifi is available but is spotty. Too much Internet connectivity issues while I was working. If you intend to work from hotel then better choose a different hotel which has better connectivity options. Limited parking is available in front of hotel and your vehicle can get covered with dirt and what not in short time as did ours. Rest hotel is walkable from main area of Varanasi with plenty of restaurants and food joints. There was issue with other guests speaking loudly and smoking cigarettes in corridor which was brought into notice of the person at reception. But, it could have been handled better if they were told in advance about some rules and regulations so as to not disturb other guests. Overall an OK experience and nothing fancy in staying in this no frills hotel.
