Pathetic room and food quality money wasted. Worst experience ever in booking with make my trip. Shouldn't list these type of hotels.

Very bad hotel, charged 2000 extra for 1 extra bed and 2 breakfasts. The reception staff was also very adamant.

Cheater, they didn't make entry in the register, charged extra 500 rs. For shifting in another room, the allotted room was horrible, no toiletries, no commode cover, very dirty, horrible experience ever

The rooms were not clean and specially the bed linen was extremely unclean. The room was stinking as well. Overall a bad experience.

1. they don't even provide any basics of the services that is required. 1. dirty and unhygienic washroom. 2. room service is next to zero. apart from providing water and complimentary breakfast nothing is available. 3. no morning tea 4. bedsheets are dirty. 5. not too many variety in breakfast. 6. no entertainment in terms of wifi and cable tv 😒 7. it's a complete waste of money 💰.. i came to know that they are going to shut the hotel for renovation after holi.. in continuation to the above points 8. they didn't provide any hot water facility in the morning even after giving multiple requests. 9. they don't have their own restaurant service. food is outsourced and provided to guests. there's no point of charging such a high price.

The hotel is in a good location with worse service. The hotel rooms were not cleaned, not change of bedsheets and not even provided towel on the first day during my stay of four days. The price is too high for the room and service. L really recommend not to book a hotel through mmt. Being a reputed company it is providing low class service. I am really disappointed.

Location ok, room too bad condition, service horrible. Overall not suggest to anyone

बहुत ही बकवास स्टे था, मेरी बुकिंग सुपर डिलक्स थी लेकिन ऑर्डनरी रूम दिया जिसमे सीलन लगी हुई थी और दरवाजे टूटे फूटे थे, बाथरूम बहुत गन्दा था, गीजार ख़राब था, टेलीफोन टूटा था

The overall experience was very good i have stayed there almost 10 days the staff was very good and the food and cleaning was also good

Bathroom and toilet is not clean properly, house keeping poor also, hot water facility not available in bathroom (gyser not working) bathing soap, sampoo not in room, door lock not working also.

There was no room cleaner come to clean every day and change bedsheet neither sweeper nor bathroom cleaner come. Telephone was not working. Bathroom seat was broken and tap also did-not work

I like pretty much. To stay on here.

Staff cordial and of helping nature

Location is very nice. Easy to reach from the airport. Near jhv mall. But rooms are small and cleanliness is not upto the mark. Washroom was also not upto the mark.

Nice stay in cheap rate. Food is brought from nearby. Ac and non ac room both are good
