very clean and friendly staff

Very poor and slow service, dirty bed sheets.

It is located in prime location food was also good and every staff was good

Hotel is congested..there is proper ventilation in rooms ..room service is slow ..only good point rooms are hygienic..overall not worth it

Small rooms - not upto expectation. Even complimentary bisleri was not placed in the room. Was not feeling fine. Food not okay

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vagmi. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist whenever needed. While doing booking hotel reception told me that I can check out after 12:30 pm after check in they told me to check out at 11:00 am. While ordering food they didn't provide me salad and while checking out they charge me for salad as well

very good food and serving on the call and staff behavior but the AC was not functioning properly. On calling all I was told that it's a central AC and they put it on high but still not much difference.

It was good experience for me when I spent time in this hotel. Hotel staff was good in behaviour they talked politely.

Location is OK Basic Amenities OK but will work or not that’s secondary. Central AC is there but no one knows will work or not. Service OK but No one will pick phone in late hours. Enjoy the sleepless night by choosing this hotel.

Everything was okay but staffs should be more cordial and civilised. I asked one extra tea cup for serving tea in bedroom and he's simply suggesting me to use the coffee mug already in the room with dust loaded. I don't had another option i serve tea in glass which we use for drinking water. This is our 2nd stay at hotel vagmi in our 1st stay also that particular staff annoyed us and spoil the entire mood during breakfast at hotel when we asked for tea. He served almost cold tea in the month of january after 30 mins of order. This is the reason during our 2nd stay we didn't opted for breakfast facilities instead we had in our bedroom.

Excellent behaviour of staff and very neat and clean room and food are also very tasty. Very co-operative staff specially the restaurant facility is available 24*7.
