An old 'haveli' converted into a hotel, this is a great place, centrally located, close to assi ghat. The rooms are really large, bathroom is also large, the ambience is relaxed, there is tea/coffee maker kettle in the room. The breakfast is sumptuous. Overall an excellent experience

Food not good, average service, lift is missing. Parking area is too small. Food portion is too small.

A beautiful heritage stay with clean, spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The food is simple yet delicious. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Assi Ghat. While the surrounding area isn’t the most scenic, that's typical for Varanasi. Overall, we had a wonderful time

It is a good location and good atmosphere but the restro restaurant is not at all in service condition good quality very bad not much more item also in menu

The room was smelly, a/c was not working. , tv was not working, there were spider webs linens were dusty, awful service. Not recommended

Beautiful heritage building with 7 rooms. Since it is located within walking distance of assi ghat, i could see the morning aarti at 5. 30. The maharaja room, on the first floor, was large, high ceiling-ed and well furnished. I had no problem, but the way up is by a narrow staircase. Good breakfast, with different dishes on all the 3 days that i was there. Excellent service. Thanks to the manager mr shubham and the dining room staff. Very strongly recommended

Not good as expected price is very high for room, simple room i think owner want to become rich soon.

It was a great stay at the kothi near assi ghat. Home away from home comfort. Food was amazing at the resort. Special thanks to shubham ji for all the help rendered to make our stay so comfortable. Right from day one to last day his planning coordination everything was exceptional. We will love to come back again.

In city location, big & clean rooms, prompt and kind staff. Manager shubham ji is very resourceful and mainly helpful. He guided for locations and travel. All requests were immediately fulfilled. One might feel a little overpriced but thats fine

It’s neither a homestay nor a heritage hotel, just some guest rooms inside a old building, too ordinary service and facilities

We arrived here not knowing what to expect because the images really don't do justice to the place. Since it is a renovated heritage property, the rooms have a vintage feel to them although they are big, airy and well-maintained while the staff is cordial and really helpful, especially with arranging cabs or anything that you might need for your local experience. Since it is an old property though, there are a lot of stairs here which might bother elderly people or anyone with a walking issue. Although we were here for four nights we didn't eat much at the property but the one time we ordered breakfast in the room, it was perfectly decent. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here.

Expensive property but not worth the price. Poor services and functioning (the bathroom drains were not working) the staff was rude and uncooperative. I just stayed there for 1 day but it was a painful experience.

Our stay in the property was a nightmare. The room allotted to us was on the main road (apparently many rooms are. There is a lot of noise with the honking, traffic, and arguments, throughout the night. As such, it is impossible to sleep. We complained about it after one night and requested them to change our room. Our request was declined saying there were no other rooms available. We could however shift to another room on the same side of the property if we wanted. We didn't as that wouldn't have solved the problem and they assured us it wouldn't happen again. The second night was as terrible as the first one. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable too. To add to the lack of customer service and empathy, no one came to clean the room in 2 days, give fresh towels, or give the daily water bottles either. We only had 1 cup of tea there and realized that the food was going to be a disaster too. Thankfully, we hadn't signed up for the breakfast. We decided to move out in 2 days instead of the planned 3 as the problems were not being resolved. We asked them for a refund for the last unused day. That was turned down as well. The property looks good but that is it. Everything else will be a disappointment. They do not know the 'c' of customer service. The money we spent there went down the drain. Not recommended at all.

Really wonderful place tucked in a fantastic location near the assi ghat but also next to the main road. Great service and ambience. Extremely helpful team and very good advice and support for visitors. Fantastic value for money

We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. The maharajah room was very spacious. All amenities were working properly. The location close to assi ghat was ideal for boating and morning aarti. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was quite nice though not extensive in choices.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is nice. The restaurant food is very homely and nice but you have to plan ahead, about 3 hours ahead. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We were three persons, a higher capacity geyser and mirror light would have helped. Generally, i would highly recommend this place
