Property location , amenities, very friendly services, food quality n overall service is good and worth recommending.

very good ambience, food and co-operative staff. location is very near to panchganga ghat which was our requirement.

Hotel rooms are congested with out cross ventilation. Bath room exhaust are not working.

room quality and hygiene were pathetic, it was like staying in a highway side hotel. people dnt smile at you but look at you with questions mark. only one waiter at the breakfast counter was smiling and showing interest in helping us. Then only thing we liked was location ita very close to bhairavbaba temple. The cost of this hotel is not worth it. any 2 star hotel will give you better experience.

There was no hot water, the transportation are not available they are charging more the rates. But hotel rooms are good at 7 am also we didn’t got the coffee. We had to rush to airport with very very difficulty because of lack of transportation

room size was a bit smaller considering the fact that we booked for 3 people and no upgrade was provided despite asking for it. other than that staff was good and food was good too.

the shower head fell on me while bathing . the restaurant staff were very rude .to stay safe and if you want a pleasant experience avoid this property

Absolute dark room, no view outside the room at all. No toiletries supplied. Below average breakfast quality/ taste/ management

Horrible experience. We weren't even able to check-in, the hotel staff was incredibly unsupportive and did not communicate that cars were not allowed into the street the hotel was located in. We then requested the staff to send someone to help collect our luggage where we waited nearby. (walking distance) me and my companions waited in the mid afternoon sun for two hours hoping we'd at-least receive someone to guide us the way. No one helped. We waited until the evening then we booked some rooms at hotel clark's. This hotel's cancelation policy is atrocious. We demand a refund. Again, can't emphasize that we had an absolutely horrible experience!

location, food can be better though it's good. amenities are good compared to other hotels in kashi.

Service from hotel staff is excellent, rooms are clean and well furnished. Food in restaurant is excellent. Restaurant staff is very nice and good in service.
